Tips on Researching Your Case Study
When you research your case study of migration, your best bets are to:
- Use the Global Issues in Context Database on the main virtual library
- Do a google search in your MOTHER TONGUE by going to google in the country you are researching, using that country's domain extension
- Remember you can use "Tools" in Google Search to limit results to the past year (or less), and you can also filter result by "News"
Listenwise: Podcasts About Immigration
We currently have access to Listenwise during the COVID pandemic (otherwise it is a paid subscription). When you click on the image below, it should take you straight to a listing of podcasts about immigration that are suitable for a middle school audience. If you need to, you can refresh the search- but remember to use the filters on the left-hand side of the screen and select "middle school."
